Tracey Smith

Tracey specializes in providing training solutions as well as financial and risk management services to financial institutions and manufacturing companies. She brings a unique perspective to training given her extensive experience with both financial service organizations and with privately held and publicly traded corporations. She currently designs and teaches programs in individual and corporate tax analysis and credit risk analysis for major commercial banks.

Tracey began her career by working in the audit area of a leading public accounting firm. She then moved into the banking industry, working as a Credit Analyst for First Interstate Bank and as Corporate Banking Vice President at Security Pacific Bank. After leaving banking, Tracey joined Arcor, Inc., a leading metal parts manufacturer where she held various positions including Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Tracey has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, a BSBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Denver, and is a CPA.
