Paragon Hill, founded by Harlan Hill and Thomas de Roque, specializes in the design, development, and instruction of credit training programs for financial institutions in the U.S. and abroad.  Successful participation in our courses is achieved through interactive instruction, case studies, small group exercises, and individual activities.  We help each participant build a strong sound credit foundation.

To build a strong credit culture, a financial institution must have consistent credit analysis, a common analytical framework, and an ongoing commitment to training.  This belief is the foundation of our course offerings and programs detailed in this catalog.  We understand lenders have unique credit cultures, therefore we develop individualized and targeted training ranging from small business to large corporate, private banking, agriculture, energy, and real estate lending.
